ALM’s Law.com Launches Interactive E-Discovery Road Map

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--ALM’s Law.com® today introduced its new E-Discovery Road Map, a clickable visual guide, designed to assist litigators, legal professionals and information technology specialists through the eight major steps in the e-discovery process. The road map is available now at www.law.com/ediscoveryroadmap.

The road map allows users to click on each step of the process outlined in an e-discovery graphic, from records management to production, to locate detailed articles and descriptions of requirements and procedures. The model covers records management, identification, preservation, collection, processing, review, analysis and production. The clickable visual guide was developed by Law.com using dozens of sources, including the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM) compiled by more than 60 organizations, including The ABA Law Practice Management Section, DLA Piper and Halliburton. Additional information on e-discovery issues is available in Law.com Legal Technology’s E-Discovery section, located at www.law.com/jsp/legaltechnology/edd.jsp.
