Guidance Software Forms Alliance With CACI International

PASADENA, Calif., Oct 22, 2008 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Guidance Software Inc. (NASDAQ:GUID), The World Leader in Digital Investigations(TM), today announced it has formed a strategic alliance with CACI International, Inc. (NYSE:CAI), a leading government IT systems integrator and services provider, to provide a comprehensive and leading-edge eDiscovery solution to the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) and other federal government agencies.

Under this alliance, CACI will provide EnCase(R) eDiscovery support for eDiscovery collection and processing services to the DOJ and other U.S. Government agencies on a pay-per-use basis. Electronic discovery is a significant component of the investigation and litigation support services both organizations provide. UnitedLex Receives $6 Million in Series B Funding
